Orkhon SRL is committed to protecting the privacy of the users of its services and applications, including Management Master. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only the data necessary to perform our ERP, invoicing, and mobile app services:

• Identity details: Name, email address, phone number, company name.
• Billing information: VAT number, business address, bank details.
• Operational data: Product catalogs, sales transactions, and inventory levels (only used to sync the Management Master ecosystem).

3. Data Usage

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Running and managing your Management Master ERP & POS license.
• Synchronizing stock levels, products, and orders between your checkout system and e-commerce websites.
• Routing electronic invoices securely via the PEPPOL network.
• Providing customer support (remotely via AnyDesk/TeamViewer or on-site).
• Complying with Belgian financial and legal obligations.

4. Data Security

All data is hosted on secure servers within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) and run daily automated backups to protect your data from loss or unauthorized access. Operational data is retained for the active duration of your service contract.

5. Your GDPR Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access and rectification.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), excluding legal record-keeping requirements.
• Right to restrict processing and data portability.
