General Terms of Sale (TOS)

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale govern the sales, licensing, and subscriptions of the Management Master ERP / POS software, as well as mobile and web development services provided by Orkhon SRL (VAT BE 0885.391.353), located in Charleroi, Belgium.

2. Pricing and Subscription Model

All prices for software licenses and support contracts are quoted in Euros and exclude VAT. Software subscriptions are billed periodically (monthly or annually). Cancelled subscriptions will terminate at the end of the current paid billing cycle.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices are due within 14 days from the issue date. In case of late payments:

• Late payment interests at the Belgian legal rate will accrue automatically without prior notice.
• Orkhon SRL reserves the right to suspend online access to the Management Master platform and active data sync after a 7-day warning period.

4. Support and SLA

Orkhon SRL provides responsive technical support to ensure your business operations continue smoothly. Support is delivered remotely (via AnyDesk/TeamViewer) or on-site when required. Our technical team prioritizes critical system errors to restore operations quickly.

5. Limitation of Liability

Orkhon SRL is not liable for service interruptions caused by external internet networks, force majeure, or user error. Our total liability is strictly limited to the annual amount paid for the software license.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Sale are governed solely by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled exclusively in the courts of Charleroi, Belgium.
